Shipping policy

Recipients: Pharmaped exclusively ships its products to retail pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and authorized healthcare institutions.

Processing Times:

  • Orders received before 2:00 PM (business days): shipped the same day.
  • Orders received after 2:00 PM: shipped the next business day.
  • No shipments on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Methods: Pharmaped works with carriers specialized in healthcare products to ensure compliance with the cold chain, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and contractual lead times.

  • Standard delivery (24 to 48h)
  • Express delivery (<24h on request and in eligible areas)
  • Refrigerated delivery (48 to 72h for temperature-sensitive products)

Shipping Fees:

  • Free for orders above a threshold defined in the contract.
  • Otherwise, charged based on specific logistics conditions (weight, temperature, destination, lead time).

Tracking and Receipt:

  • A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
  • The recipient must check the parcels upon receipt and report any issue (missing item, damage, cold chain breach) within 24 hours.

Specific Conditions:

  • No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Pharmaped’s quality department.
  • Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to traceability and health safety reasons.
