Refund policy
Scope of Application: This policy applies to all pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and health products supplied by Pharmaped exclusively to authorized professional clients (such as community pharmacies, healthcare institutions, etc.).
Due to the sensitive nature of the distributed products (prescription-only medications, temperature-sensitive items, regulated devices), any return or refund request is strictly regulated and considered exceptional.
General Principle: No Returns Except for Proven Non-Conformity
Pharmaped does not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Customer ordering error
- Overstock or unsold inventory
- Products that have left the secure logistics chain
- Expired or partially used products
- Temperature-sensitive or cold chain products
- Opened, damaged, or repackaged products
Returns Accepted Under Strict Conditions: Returns may only be considered in the event of proven non-conformity or fault attributable to Pharmaped, in the following cases:
- Product delivered does not match the confirmed order (incorrect reference or quantity)
- Defective product observed upon delivery
- Product damaged during transport, subject to a written and detailed note on the carrier's delivery slip
In all cases, the client must:
- Notify in writing within 24 hours of delivery to: admin@pharma-ped.com
- Include a photo of the product and its packaging
- Await written return authorization signed by the Quality Department
No return will be accepted without prior approval.
Return Procedure (if return is approved):
- The product must be returned in its original, sealed, and intact packaging, accompanied by the return slip provided by Pharmaped.
- Shipping costs are covered by Pharmaped only if its responsibility is confirmed.
- The return must be completed within a maximum of 5 business days after authorization.
Refund or Replacement: After receipt and inspection of the returned product:
- A credit note valid for 6 months will be issued, or
- An identical replacement will be offered, depending on availability
Pharmaped reserves the right to refuse any refund if the above conditions are not strictly met.
Legal Exceptions: Medicinal products and health products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Articles L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and L.5124-13 of the French Public Health Code.
